Job Description
We are seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic Outbound Energy Sales Representative
to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to
potential customers, understanding their energy needs, and providing tailored solutions
that align with the client’s products and services.
Responsibilities:
• Initiate outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers.
• Educate customers about our client’s energy products and services, including their
benefits and cost savings.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, recording
details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
• Follow up on initial contacts with customers and manage sales pipeline.
• Stay informed about competing products and services in the market.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in the energy sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications and CRM software
