Customer Service Supervisor to lead our dedicated team.
Job Description:
As a Customer Service Supervisor at Boulou Blue, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring
our customers receive top-notch service and support. You will lead a team of customer
service representatives, set performance goals, and drive a culture of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and supervise a team of customer service representatives.
• Set performance standards and KPIs to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and product
knowledge.
• Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively.
• Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports to management.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Customer Service Supervisor or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism.
• Proficiency in customer service software and tools.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive improvements.
